License Grant

By purchasing MarkedPDF Pro, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software on up to three (3) computers owned or controlled by you.

Trial License

The free trial provides full access to Pro features for 14 days. Each person is entitled to one trial per email address. Trial licenses are for evaluation purposes only.

Free Version

The free version of MarkedPDF may be used indefinitely for personal or commercial purposes. It includes a subset of features as described on our website.

Restrictions

You may not:

• Share, sell, or transfer your license key to others
• Use the software on more than 3 machines simultaneously
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices

Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with MarkedPDF Pro, contact us at support@markedpdf.com for a full refund.

MarkedPDF is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of this software.

Updates

Your Pro license includes all updates to the current major version. Future major versions may require a separate purchase at a discounted upgrade price.
